How to Order

There are essentially two ways to locate a product on this Suave Shoes website, both should be easy to follow and our aim is to allow you to find what you are looking for quickly.

Search for a product using a name or code: Simply enter the product code from the Suave catalogue or brochure in the search box at the top of every page and click 'Go'. Then choose the option that you wish to view/buy to see full details. In most cases entering a name or code will only return one product.

Browse products by category: Click on the category of the product you would like to find from the list across the top of the page. You will then see all products in that category. If you need to refine the list of products you can click on a colour or size on the left hand size to see only products available in that colour or size.

Once you have clicked on a product or 'View product' button you will see full product details and the available colours and sizes represented by swatches/buttons. You must first click the colour you desire and then select your size by clicking a size button (if the size is out of stock, you have the option to enter your email address to be informed when it becomes available again).

If you require more than one pair enter a number in the Quantity box and then click 'Add to Cart'. Your shopping cart summary will then appear on the right side of your screen, and you can chose to either view the items in your cart, or proceed to the checkout.

On the Shopping cart page you will see the summary details of all products in your cart and their prices. You also have the opportunity to enter a coupon code if you have one. Just type it into the box and click 'Apply Code' to apply the discount. You can also update the quantities or remove items by clicking the ‘X’ icon on the left of the item you wish to remove.

Once you are happy to proceed, click on 'Proceed to checkout'.

There are 6 steps to the checkout process. Initially you will be asked if you wish to login if you are an existing website customer. If not you can choose to register before checking out or you can checkout as a guest. Your checkout will be slightly quicker but you will not be able to track your order. Once registered your future purchases will be just as streamlined and quick. After this stage of the checkout simply enter your name and address details. You can skip step 3 if your order is being sent to this address (make sure deliver to this address is highlighted). Then select your delivery method and continue.

If you are eligible for VAT relief enter the relevant information on cart page and and click checkout.
